Hello there interwebs, long time no post! Sorry for the huge gap in our blog, prom season this year was killer (in the best way possible) and thusly took up all of my time. However, now we’re back and ready to throw some fun new projects and news at ya. The first post that I wanted to publish now that I’m back is one for Finding Hope with Fashion. Specifically, their model calls for the upcoming 2018 show in March.
FHWF is holding 2 model calls this year; one on Saturday, August 12th and one on Sunday, August 13th from 6:30 – 8 pm. They’re scheduled calls so you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to sign up for a 10 minute time slot. After that all you have to do is show up with a pair of heels and a desire to slay while raising money for a charity. Does it get any better than that? I think not.
Attending one of these calls will get you a chance to model for one of 7 super talented local designers (including yours truly). We’re stoked that this is gearing up to be our biggest and most diverse show ever. FHWF accepts young women ages 14 – 27 to be active models; if you’re 13, you can get your foot in the door for next year by being an alternate. We welcome women of all shapes, sizes, and styles; so if you’ve always wanted to model but have been told you’re too short, too curvy, or too “alternative”, we’re looking for you! If you’re a “traditional” or professional model, we’re also looking for you. Long story short, if you want to kick ass on a runway in some rad outfits and help others while doing it, this is the place for you.
